Inverted method
Uses 2 paper filters
You'll need:
- As always - scales & spoon
- 250 g of 92 C (197.6 F) water (take in mind - coffee absorbs water so you will get around 220 g of coffee)
- 30 g of coffee (8 / 10 grind)
Before starting:
- Grind coffee & pre-heat water
- Rinse your AeroPress paper filters (2)
- Prepare a cup in which you'll prepare your coffee
- This recipe uses inverted method!
- Put AeroPress on scales, put coffee in it & reset scales.
