You'll need:
- As always - scales & spoon
- 280 g of 95 C (203 F) water (take in mind - coffee absorbs water so you will get around 240 g of coffee)
- 20 g of coffee (5 / 10 grind) (1 : 14 ratio)
Before starting:
- Grind coffee & pre-heat water
- Rinse your metal Chemex filter & put ground coffee in it
- Reset scales
